Great place to work out so many amenities...if only they had a pool
I just would like to highly appreciate the the person who answered my phone call on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at about 09:30 pm (Halifax NS time). He enabled me to communicate with someone who forgot his keys in my car and made it easy for him to get his keys back.Goodlife fitness card is a good idea.
Woman's side has lots of equipment, and very well kept! Have always had good experiences with staff as well
Great staff and facility. Less pretentious than some locations. Big premises so even when it's busy it doesn't seem like it. Amazing group fitness classes. The Spin (RPM) classes are exceptional.
Clean space and nice machines. But they were always doing a very hard up-sell on me. It got extremely annoying. Also they were not really 24hr like their huge sign says on the outside (at least when I was a member a few years ago). I like to work out later at night 8:30 or so, but they were really only open till 9 or 10 making it nearly impossible for me to get any benefit.
