Roof leaks, staff stood around and didn't like to answer simple questions, like does this come in any other colours. Products range from cheap to quality, but the building looks shabby, outside and in, delivery trucks look like your product will be damaged. Overall don't knowing I would purchase from them, similar stores around have the same product for less without having a leaking dirty store!
Service is second to none. I've been in and out several time over the past few weeks looking for a new couch / sofa. I'm pretty picky, so even though there is tons of stock, I haven't found the sofa that speaks to me.Each time I go in after they've received new stock they're sales people seem to k ow just when to approach me. They let me browse for a while after first greeting me, and then they must read my facial cues perfectly because just as I am about to ask for help, they're already on the way over to me.Knowledgeable, friendly and non-pushy staff. Fantastic.
The staff here are very knowledgeable. They helped us out as soon as we entered the store. We were looking for a new dresser set for our master bedroom. We wanted something with dark wood for a good price. The employee asked us many questions to find out exactly what we wanted. So we would be happy with our purchase. Once he gave us a few options to pick from we felt very confident with our decision. Then they helped us out very quickly with delivery options. Many thanks to the staff here at this locatiom
Get what you pay for. Low quality which is ok for me other then my kitchen chairs that have more glue and nails holding them together than wood. I Furnished practically my whole house from these guys. Then a little while back I Went there one day to buy a power sectional couch that they had an awesome deal on a few of them, I was told they got wet in a shipping container only to find out later they got wet in the warehouse and were moldy (I seen the other moldy ones with my own eyes out back, had a white film over them) so they cleaned the mold off them and were selling at about unbeatable price. I'll never go back after that! Lost a great customer that spent a few thousand dollars there and now I'm a respected level 6 google review guide! Carma always comes back!
The service was the most disrespectful place I ever was. I walk in and he is phone carrying in for 20 mins and didn't even look at me. Finally came to me and I said hello and then goodbye. Wow unbelievable how people like that serve the public. No wonder place was empty.
